Las Ramblas in Barcelona, the most Famous Walk of SpainLas Ramblas is undoubtedly the most famous promenade of Barcelona, and probably also in Spain. It starts at the Plaza Catalunya and ends at the old port, where the monument to Columbus is located. These streets are also known as 'La Rambla' but is best known in its plural name because it is divided into different sections that each has its own name. The walk ends at the Plaza Portal de la Paz, famous for the monument to Columbus, from there the Rambla de Mar takes you to the Maremagnum. TransportMetro Lines 1 and 3 stop at station Catalunya from where you can easily access Las Ramblas. Line 3 also stops at stations Liceu and Drassanes from where you can access it directly.
